The rooms are not cleaned properly, bed sheets are not changed and towels are not clean

Services at hotel are good, except indian food not available l. Location is extremely good. I would definitely recommend it.

Value for money. It is a nice hotel and I would say that my stay was awesome. Courteous staff makes out even better. 24 hours room service, good privacy as well.

Its is an excellent hotel in a superb location. Couple friendly too. Service and response of staff and basic toiletries in room is lacking and needs attention.

Apt for business travelers

Hotel is very strategically located. Staff is courteous and helpful. It is just a stone throw away from BNI city station. Buffet breakfast is wide spread, I would strongly recommend to have more vegetarian options. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Rooftop restaurant is fun and has some scenic views. Commuting to airport is easy due to train, you van completely eliminate the Jakarta traffic.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I chose it as it was close to the place where I was supposed to visit. The food was good and the room was clean and tidy with clean covers something I always look for. The staff is quite pleasant and helpful. Will surely visit again
