The property looks decent from outside. However its poorly managed and maintained. The rooms are old. Gym and swimming pool starts at 7 am and closes at 6 pm! gym is just for the name sake. The service is bad. If you ask for something, you need to remind them again in most cases and even then it is delayed.

Budget friendly hotel

Nice, clean rooms. Good staff. Value for money option to stay in west jakarta. Mart is next to hotel, so easy to buy routine things.

Very good Hotel but lack of good breakfast

The Hotel is very good for stay but the breakfast is not that good. Lacks variety. They must once go to their Grand Tjokro in Bandung to See what a breakfast should be like

Breakfast is terrible

They had spoiled food in the breakfast, one of the sweet porridge I tried was rotten and smelly. Most bread and cakes were not fresh. They need to improve breakfast.

Iron nit found the room was booked for three people but bed can only accommodate 2 only two small water bottle were provided and if you need more then need to pay extra for that rooms are very small too no instruction on how to use coffee maker also no cleaning staff as we ordered food from outside there was some papers and lots of container in the dustbin but no one was there to take it out of the room and throw away also very far from Airport and no food restaurant near buy.

Reached on 25th Oct. and had to stay for 2 nights. The exp. Was superb. The location is good. Food has been been served with lot of love.
Nice hotel to stay just pool wasn't that great, location is nice near to grand monuments, malls, better not to eat food at their restaurant it sucks and is costly. But you can always choose their breakfast its awesome.
