Very welcoming! Nice size room; fan provided! Great amenities! Close to a laundry mat, pharmacy, grocery store, Ross Castle, and so much more! Parking was very convenient and plentiful. Only issue kids ran ramped up and down the halls after mid-night; spoke to management, and this did not happen the second night.

Only niggle was the requirement to wear a swimming cap in the pool…wished we had known beforehand. You can buy them at hotel however.

Great staff and great fitness center
All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The fitness center was great for a hotel fitness center!!

Nice hotel. Huge rooms with very comfortable bed. Great blackout curtians. Room was pitch dark in the morning. No residents bar, which is absolutely ridiculous. Pay over €250 a night and you cant get a drink past 12.30
