    1) food - was no included in my bookings, so no feedback about it. 2) location - good 3) facilities - new 4) staff - very rude 5) hot water kettle not made available even after making several requests when milan temp was -1 deg c to 7 degc big minus point for the hotel.

    It's a nice hotel, but rooms not very spacious. The staff are always smiling and cooperative. It is well connected with the city center with a metro line and a train station close by. Clean and a useful bar restaurant on the premises. Had a good experience with family.
