Big disparities between advertisement and reality
This was not a hotel but more of a motel for "romantic rendezvous," if you know what I mean. There was no place to put our luggage. There were only 2 hangars attached to the wall where you can hang you clothes while you "do your business." The "garden" that is pictured on the website is a parking spot for the outside entrance to the room for when you do a discreet check in and has no actual places to sit or a garden. You can see the shower through the room wall. One of our glass shower walls was cracked. Mold in the shower and mini fridge. The TV was in a huge mirror(?). What is advertised is not what we got, and the price for the room and quality was disproportional. Simply put, this is a sex motel, which is fine when you are looking for that but not when it's advertised as something else. We asked for a different room but the hotel was booked, filled with a tour of elderly Italians and what appeared to be a highschool sports team. I'm sure a blacklight would inspire 30 NCIS episodes.
Staff was excellent, very helpful and great breakfast!

It was the only option with availability in the area but overpriced for the cheap-build , sort of 80s style accommodation they offer.
In my room there was no wardrobe, no safe lock and cleaning could have been better.
Breakfast is also quite “minimalistic” and not of great quality. This has been my second time here in the last months (when every other hotel is fully booked, here you will find a room!) so I could verify my first-time opinion. Also: in both cases customers were complaining about cleaning issues.
We booked 2 rooms for the same price, one was comfortable and newly renovated, the other was old and the bathroom was so small you had to open the shower door to sit on the toilet. The staff was rude, I had asked in the evening if our booking included breakfast, I was told yes, the next morning we went down had breakfast and when we checked out both rooms had an addition of €20 for the breakfast. When I asked the consierge why he said I had just been given the wrong information the night before and it was my problem, so their customer service was very disappointing.
Only option still available during Milan Expo
Basic hotel that might benefit from a gentle push out of the 80s. Staff apparently not very customer- oriented: I have assisted at a couple of very animated discussions with unhappy customers during my stay. Same happened with cleaning workers. I have been unlucky myself deciding to work from the room and having to deal with the noise of major gardening works. Internet sometimes disappearing and no business area available.

Awesome! 😍 Close to Lake Majorie and Lake Como. Landscaping could use some
TLC. When exiting the facility you can’t see if cars are coming because the shrubs are obstructing the view. They need to do something with the empty space in front of the parking lot, I would put some put picnic tables. Overall okay, would stay there again only if they would upgrade their beds.
Cheap and very nice for the price
Short stay as we had an early flight from malpensa airport the next morning.
Accomodation was cheap and very nice for the price. Great shower, good size room and comfy bed
Excellent facilities and value for money. We had a family of two adults in a double bed, one 4 years old in a single bed and a 2 year old in a cot (which we brought). There was plenty of room. The restaurant managed very well in the current circumstances to serve a very good meal.
Room view was nice, the blankets where dirty (white marks on them) and there was a towel underneath the bed sheet, not clean over all room 202, breakfast was very basic and bad quality,
Clean & Simple in Northern Italy
Quaint place w/ friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable, all perfectly adequate. They offer a decent little breakfast and couldn't beat the price, so I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again - and I quite likely will when I need to return to the area in the future. Not sure if it's a reflection on the property or the clientele, but I could frequently hear other guests passing down the hall, often talking. But the best thing about my stay was - and perhaps it's just a personal thing - there was no 'hotel funk' smell, maybe because they have hard floors instead of carpet in the rooms. That just turns me off completely - opening a hotel room door and getting punched in the nostrils by some weird stench. Unfortunately it seems to happen quite a lot and I hate it, but the point is that this hotel does NOT give you the nose funk and that made it an overall winner in my book. It's not the Ritz-Carlton, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it as a budget-friendly option in the area.

The Service was fine , but the room was very dated and dark
Absolutely NOTHING like the pictures!!! Rooms are dingy, old and outdated. Their breakfast was super cheap for Italian standards, just boiled eggs and cereal with milk, and it is NOT close to the airport, which is why I booked it. It was a $50 taxi ride to/from because it is "out of the way" according to every Taxi person I spoke to. My first review ever - that's how awful it was.

Convenient hotel for travellers
Used as a stop over hotel when travelling between lakes and Milan. Good value and clean but no room service at weekend and a little out of town
The rooms were very dirty& filthy. In one of the rooms there were small animals crawling around!
We booked a non-smoking room for three and got a smoking room for two with a broken extra folding bed. The sheets were dump, the fridge was broken. Not a pleasant experience.
It was a great place to stay for an overnight before our flight from Malpensa the next day.
