callie.partnerJul 12, 2024 This property and the property manager were amazing! It’s a very cute and cozy place and our hostess was incredibly helpful and available all day. However, the noise on the street at night was horrible. Busy traffic and there were loud drunk people that we heard all night, until 2:30am. It’s very conveniently located and an easy walk to see all the things!!
Nice hotel across the river
Nice hotel on the other side of the river from Verona's main attractions. It is only a 10-15min walk. The room was very basic and it is on a main street so it was pretty noisy at night.
Great spot close to the gothic quarter within waking distance to everything, not attended but owners very helpful over whatsapp
Very small negative we were on the top floor (3) which is stair access only so if you have heavy bags take your time if you are of the older generation or book second floor

The fact that it was four floors up and only a very sweet, young, cleaner was there. I misunderstood that this was just a few rooms scattered about a building. The owner was polite when I remarked about the lack of contact. If you are looking for basic at quite expensive rates, then this is for you.
The place is not a hotel but a nice group of appartments very well located - a few steps from every monument in the city. So you should not expect all the facilities of a hotel. The place is clean, nice and well located.
Last minute stop due to flight being cancelled. Alessia couldnt do enough for us. She helped with travel arrangements due to our lack of the italian language. Room situated 5 min walk from the centre. Great little place to stay as a couple for sight seeing. Alessia couldnt do enough. Would definitely recommend and will use again if i was to visit Verona.
Beautiful apartment and such a good price ! Had a late flight which meant I missed check in. But easyily sorted by emailing through the issue. Patrizio was so helpful and left croissants outistde our door every morning, very tasty! Good location, walking distance to all the main tourist attractions and half an hour walk from train station. I would definitely stay here again !

Overall satisfactory. Most of tourist destinations are within walking distance. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The owners are friendly and helpful.
The apartments lie within a rather old building and occupy the second and third floors and there is no elevator. For guests seeking accommodation in Verona on a budget, this is acceptable. Buses to and from Verona PN are within 5 minutes walk.

Hola bastante regular, el sitio incómodo con la oficina de ellos al lado, mala privacidad, no hay ascensor, las escaleras subiendo huele a húmedo, nos parece muy costoso para lo que en verdad ofrecen, no lo recomendamos!

Huoneisto oli siisti ja sijainti kätevä Veronaan tutustumista varten. Harmi olinse ettei toisessa huoneessa ollut ilmastointia, joten ovet piti pitää auki. Käytävän automaattinen valo syttyi pienestäkin liikkumisesta. Jääkaapissa oli vettä ja mehua saatavilla ja huoneessa kahvinkeitin mikä plussaa!
