nguyet.partnerOct 12, 2024 THERE IS NO LAUNDRY FACILITY IN THE HOTEL!!! The laundry service won’t open on Sunday! While in the website advertised there’s laundry facility. The coin-laundry shop 10 minutes away. We stay in different hotels during our trip with about the same standard and advertising there are laundry facility or laundry machine in the room. Who needs laundry like me on Sunday will be hard. What’s a bummer!!!
Staff overall are good! Walking distance location to station.
Just be aware that the wifi speed is not as good as what people are used to in the US.

Situated in the quiet corner and easy access to JR stations and shoppings.
Breakfast is good with many variety to choose from.
Staffs are very polite and accommodating.
nathaniel.partnerApr 12, 2024 Amazing location, welcoming staff, delicious breakfast! The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was great. We got the breakfast package which had great sashimi, Japanese and western options, pickles, salad bar, and sweets. The front desk and breakfast attendants were really nice and professional. Kyoto station is right around the corner which is a must.
Clean everything—the interior of the elevator was old, but everything else was nice.
The room I had was quite small, but the tremendous convenience of easy access to Kyoto Station was a huge plus. Additionally, the breakfast was superb! I also found the staff very nice and helpful.
Good hotel but ridiculously small bathroom
Good trendy hotel close to the station which is convenient for activities in that area. Friendly staff and good service. The room was ok, our only real complaint is that the bathroom was ridiculously small for the quality of the hotel.
michelle.familyMar 28, 2024 If you are looking for a convenient clean and safe place to sleep this is it. Cons: very few bells and whistles, verysmall rooms, and prefabricated style bathrooms. Pros:The property is clean and staff is friendly, location is super convenient for train and subway travel, has coin laundry and breakfast. We are big people so a bit tight for us, but overall a great experience. Would recommend for anyone who is not giant and wants a basic place to satay.
Place was incredibly small, smaller than the rooms I’ve stayed in Tokyo. The sink was in the room and there was not even enough room to open the suitcase. The carpet had weird stains on it which I’m assuming is from the bathroom sink being in the room. The lobby had free drinks on the day which was nice. Over all I would not stay here again.
