A very nice place to stay if you want to see the town and sun rises. Will pick you up and drop you off to the 2 train stations in the area.
Thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay with excellent service, food, and amenities. Great value. Massage (extra) was exceptional especially for the price. Good location for a walk and shopping.
This is one of my favorite hotels, I think this is the third time I stayed here. It has great views of Matsushima Bay and Fukuurajima Island, excellent food, and clean comfortable rooms. If you can afford a plan that includes dinner it's worth trying.

We were treated like royalty. The food was wonderful. The service was terrific and the view from our room was fabulous. We watched the sun rise over the bay from our window.
There are so many good things for me to say about this place. I specifically came for the room with a water view, and I loved every bit of it.The views were so calming, and I was able to watch the sunrise from my room.The staff were incredible; some of them spoke English and those that didn't tried so hard to accommodate me. I really appreciated them. There is also a private onsen you can book which is absolutely worth it. A standout moment was when the staff made a breakfast modification for me that I thought couldn't be made-- it was a wonderful surprise and made my stay all the better. So peaceful. So worth it. Also, everything is very walkable from the property.
Couldn't have asked for a more ideal location to view the bay and enjoy onsen. The toom was fantastic, with comfy chairs to relax in, while viewing the bay from my panoramic window in the room.

ホテルに到着するとラウンジで抹茶とお菓子のサービスがあり、18:30まではソフトドリンクと日本酒のサービスがありました。
お風呂上がりには、ロビー階でシャーベットとスープも頂けました。
接客はとても丁寧でした。
なんといってもホテルの目の前が松島！
温泉に入り日の出を見ました。
まるでモネの絵のようでした。
朝食も豪華で美味しかったです。
次回は夕食もホテル内で食べたいと思います。
何度か、泊まっています、今回は、食事を部屋で、お願いしており、承諾を得ておりました、しかしながら食事は、食堂となりますた、話が違うと思いましたので、交渉しましたか、受け入れてもらえませんでした
残念でしたね

verified t.familyJun 10, 2024 ホテルが高台にあるので眺めがよかったです福浦橋がライトアップされてて大浴場から見えてきれいでしたフロントの方も他の従業員の方もとても親切でした朝食は三段重でおかずの種類が多くてご飯をおかわりしました。牡蠣の炊き込みご飯とシジミの味噌汁もおいしかったです また松島に行ったときには泊まらせてもらいます。おすすめのホテルです
ロケーションが素晴らしく館内も綺麗で 遅くのチェックインにも丁寧に対応していただき 気持ちよく宿泊出来ました。朝食も美味しく見た目も楽しくいただきました。アサリご飯おかわりしちゃいました。松島遊覧船まで送迎バスがあり利用。チェックインの際の送迎は18時までとのことでしたのでそれが唯一残念でした。駅からタクシーも無かったので歩きました。
