    The rooms were small and the staff were not very helpful. They literally charge you for everything. We checked in at 14:45 against, 15:00 and were still charged 1000 yen. So they had an available room but chose to charge or left a number of their customers stranded in the library

    The hotel is in a great location, close to the metro and quiet, with convenience stores nearby. While staff may not speak much english, google translate works well. Ideal for indian travelers, as indian restaurants are close by.

    Good hotel at very good location, train station is just 1 min walk. Rooms are small to very small, the double bed room bed is also small to accommodate 2 adults. Aircon id controlled by hotel so if you feel hot you can open the window. No fan in room. Lack of aircon temperature control is a big downside.

    The property is very well located. Bang opp nishi-shinjuku subway station. A family mart and couple of restaurants very close by. The hotel is a 3 star property, very clean. The rooms are small as per normal japanese rooms. 2 suitcases are good enough to fit. Very centrally located.

    i recently stayed at the apa hotel & resort nishishinjuku gochome eki and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the nishi-shinjuku-gochome subway station, making it easy to explore tokyo. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. The rooms, though compact, are well-designed and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed, a flat-screen tv, a mini-fridge, and a clean, modern bathroom. I particularly appreciated the inclusion of complimentary toiletries and the in-room wi-fi, which was fast and reliable. The hotel also boasts a range of facilities, including a relaxing on-sen (hot spring bath, a fitness center, and several dining options. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of both japanese and western dishes, providing a delicious and satisfying start to the day. Overall, my stay at the apa hotel & resort nishishinjuku gochome eki was delightful. It's a perfect choice for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and excellent service in the heart of tokyo. Highly recommended!

    Decent hotel with decent amenities. Would recommend for budget traveller's. Its right next to oedo line and a lot of tours have starting points in nishi shinjuku.

    The rooms are really small! small even for 1 guest, let alone 2! talking about the amenities - just fine. They provide water bottles only for the check-in date, not the rest of the stay days.

    The location of the property is very convenient, just across the station. Being vegetarian, we had options of bread etc at breakfast. Overall a nice clean and convenient place to stay
