Good and breakfast etc is of good quality and variety. It’s in city area near to markets. Only issue has that rooms on back side has no clear view and hotel staff is too tough for helping out in early check-in etc.

The entire staff of best western plus meridian are friendly and helpful. Very professionally managed hotel with feel at home experience.

Rooms was too small
wi-fi was not working any where in hotel ac was not working in room first allotted, have to change room in midnight

Wonderful stay at best western plus, westlands as it's a new modern hotel with all amenities. Staff are helpful. Got a late check out on request and room upgrade. The location is best for shopping and meals are great for indians.

Comfortable and safe stay

It is a nice property with all the amenities. Good spacious room and friend staff. The staff at reception as well as restaurant were very helpful and courteous, only exception was the travel desk, which had little information on places for sightseeing. The food at the restaurant was good, with nice spread for complimentary breakfast- though limited warm breakfast options for vegeterians. I did surprisingly get dosa one day, but not good - also without coconut chutney. The stay was value for money. The only negative was its location- though it is in the central part of the city, as soon as you step out of the hotel, it is very congested and not so nice neighbourhood.

Excellent property on the lake shore. Lots of birds, zebras, waterbucks and hippos in the property. Rooms are nice and clean. The hospitality provided is very impressive. Food is excellent

It is a good hotel at a decent price for a short stay. The hotel has all basic amenities and is clean and hygeinic. The restaurant offers food which is similar to indian cuisine.

Hotel is asking to make payment. They said "they have not received any amount & this is always a payment problem with mmt bookings" i have already made the payment at while booking. Kindly sort out with hotel. Help first to sort the payment issue.

Manager Mr. Naredra was very soft spoken and very cooperative. He and the Chef Mr. Anil took remarkable efforts to make my stay comfortable. Overall the stay was an excellent one.

Super-competent hotel in a fascinating and mad city

We were there for four nights towards the fag end of two weeks in Kenya. We had been through a string of strange and weird hotels we had found via booking(dot)com. These included a super sleazy place in downtown Nairobi, a super-weird place in Diani south of Mombasa (think killer dogs roaming the grounds at night, and electric fences), and a very forgettable tent in Masai Mara Game Reserve. After all that, the best western plus (Meridien) was like a breath of fresh air. Competent, good, sorted, safe, standard. Would recommend this any day, and would recommend Make my trip to manage hotel reservations any day.
