    Hotel location is perfect to explore nairobi central district with most places only a short walk away. The staff is very polite and professional. Rooms are well equipped, mordern and comfortable. Since the hotel starts from 13th floor and upwards the view from rooms of the central nairobi is really good. Also if you have planned excursions booked for day trips almost all tour operators are in few minutes walking distance from the hotel.

    There was no ac in the room. There was a small cooler which makes noise only but no cooling. When we complained in the reception they said they have the same rooms only available. They provided a table fan which was not fixed properly, and we need to do all the fixing ourself. Due to the high temperature we need to open the window that made mosquitoes to come in. Terrible 4 days.
