    Location was good. Enjoyed the ambience and room. But breakfast was not satisfactory, just minimal. But will stay again

    The hotel’s laundry service is horrible. I gave them some clothes for laundry and they completely spoiled them. Even missed 2 of my clothes. When i complained about it, their laundry manager and operations manager started arguing with me. That is completely pathetic.

    We were exhibiting at the Sarit Centre and a great hotel for proximity to the Sarit. Friendly staff and Clean Rooms. A bit on the expensive side compared to other hotels in the area but I guess you pay for quality.

    Hotel stay was comfortable. Food was excellent a bit high price but saves one trouble of moving out of hotel. The only thing which I disliked was the check out time at 10 am. Usually it is 12 noon at all place where I have stayed before.
