Room was neat and clean and the service of the staff was excellent. From this hotel it is very easy to acces all south indian hotels.

Nice hotel in central location close to klcc. It’s on road close to pudu central and central market. Close by chinatown and bukit bintang. Although you may find rooms smaller in size but they are well equipped. Stayed for one night in between transit of kota kinabalu and flying back to hyderabad.

Excellent stay. Fully automated from check in to check out. Near to petaling market and bulit bitang. Close to to popular destination like petaling street (chinese market, court-hills ganesha temple and mahamariamman temple.

I loved everything about this Hotel which includes location, food, service, rooms. We got a very nice room with best view of City mainly twin towers and PETRONAS tower from our window. Room are big in size, neat and clean. Well interior designed. Breakfast is really tasty and includes variety. Location is nearby little India and China Town.

The hotel staff was a bit rude. The breakfast was also quite average. The room was way too small & they charged us extra for 3rd person, even though online we booked our stay for 3 people.

Location of the Hotel is very good. Rooms can be better. The bathrooms need to be better maintained. Cleaning of the bathrooms has to be improved. Old fittings have to be replaced.

Forgettable experience

Nothing commendable to mention. The towels were not placed, we had to ask for it. The bathroom is very small, the plumbing wasn’t good and had to get it sorted by calling the reception. The breakfast spread was very limited, they did not have the courtesy to at least provide milk for the baby travelling in our group, citing that breakfast buffet timings were done. Only plus point was that it was located right beside Chinatown, overall a forgettable experience, I would not recommend the hotel to anyone else.
