1. Location excellent 2. Food : very few choices for vegetarians restricted room service timings only one restaurant but non vegetarians would probably have a lot of choices 3. Amenities:good 4. Services: average; shampoo almost at the bottom even after room was made up the day earlier

Excellent Spacious Rooms with good Breakfast , superb city view from the room balcony … Please add some Indian food recipes to the breakfast , atleast upma, idli and dosa.

Food was not good at all. Don't have any indian breakfast availability. Mostly in five star hotels they provide dry fruits and all but in this they didn't provide anything at all. Service was not good at all. We asked for a coffee and they said you can make yourself but i never expected this because we travel-led to dubai as well and there was a great experience.

Very comfortable stay. Neat and clean room bathroom. breakfast delicious hygienic food. center of city nearest all tourist attraction places. we stay for 3+1 nights. when will come next time in K L we will prefer this property.

Hotel with very good accommodation. room size large neat and clean tidy breakfast very Good except chairs of dining and tables should be change or to be clean. location is in center of city and easily approachable. Overall it is Good property 🏨

The hotel location is quite good. Hotel was very comfortable and the staff is very helpful. They accommodated the little requests we had. Check in and check out were both quick. Breakfast is a lavish one and their a la carte menu is also quite good. Overall a very pleasant experience at the hotel.

Fantastic stay. Stayed with family and the staff was very helpful. Location is great, u can see twin tower view from the balcony. Breakfast was great, rooms are spacious and well maintained. Enjoyed our stay.

We had the best experience ever! the room that they gave us was a studio queen room and i have no words to explain how beautiful the view and the apartment is! the breakfast was amazing! the staff can be a little more friendlier but my husband and i had the best best time. Plus the highlight was the place it's situated in! it's in an amazing distance to travel anywhere it's extremely close to everything! on the whole we had an amazing time

The room that we took was large, but since its window was facing an adjoining building it appeared stuffy and dank. The amenities in the room was standard and was in good working condition. The hotel staff is very polite, helpful and despite their challenge with english, very understanding. Their systems and processes caters to a wide variety of situations, which makes transacting with them easier.

From hotel dorset twin tower and kl tower are with in 1. 5 km. So can walk along. Full of shopping malls.

Hotel was clean. Room was spacious. Location is excellent. Only one restaurant in the hotel up to 3pm and room service only up to 6pm

The hotel is just a few blocks away from the most happening part of bukit bintang. Very good property in neighbourhood of all big brand hotels at the most competitive prices. I'd definitely recommend.
