Excellent location, city center accessible to metro. Food was good and service is good. Rooms could have been bigger for the price charged.

It was a nice stay, very clean and dedicated staffs. Very good ambience, food was excellent, morning buffet was amazing, we loved it. I recommend others to visit at-least one time in shangri la hotel when they visit malaysia. Thanks shangri la staffs for all the support they provided.

Beautiful stay it was, staff is so caring, as if they just working for you. Infrastructure is good, well maintained and clean. You can feel that yeah five state hotels are five stars, they have something different. They closely care for you. I recommend to stay here

Everything about this hotel was great: beautiful room, tasty breakfast, friendly staff and a perfect location! i atayed forb3nighta wot h mybfamily of 4. Upon arrival, we were offered for room upgrade to family room which was more than expectations at nominal ad on of my r 200 per day. It had a separate room for kids with tent bed. Location was also good. Hardly 1km walking to petronas towers. Also few indian reataurant nearby. Staff was very comparative from reception/concierge and housekeeping, concierge guys were very helpful to guide u places and arrange taxis. Hotel offered daily multiple activities for kids to keep them engaged with enjoyment. Overall, nice stay at the hotel. Would prefer to stay again!

Hotel was good but was very crowded during the stay as the palm oil conference was organised in the hotel. Restaurants, lobby and elevators were too crowded. It was difficult to roam around and enjoy.

I liked shangri-la stay very much. Staff were helpful all the time from pure check in to post check out. They helped us to book taxi and allowed late check out. Only recommendation is add few more indian dishes in breakfast, i found it less. Overall had a good stay with family.

This was my first stay at any shangrila property and with my first request only they upgraded me to the executive king category. The check in was fast. The room was spacious and well appointment with excellent toiletries. The room service / housekeeping was efficient and fast. The lobby was very big and spacious and importantly very beautifully decorated around christmas time. Location wise also quite strategic. Kl tower and twin tower is a short walk away. Cabs are easily available. Buffet breakfast was nice with varied cuisines specially the availability of ice cream during breakfast which was a surprise to kids and alike. Over all very happy with the stay.

The hotel was most comfortable and staff extremely helpful. They gave us one room for early check in and an extra hour for check out. Housekeeping was good, breakfast was a great spread.
