The front desk staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Room was spacious and clean. Property is located within walking distance of most of the city's major landmarks and shopping.
The hotel is on a great location. Its clean and modern. The rooms are small but well maintained and the staff is nice. I will definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived at the Swiss Continental Marrakesh Hotel, we were treated with elegance and grace. The warm welcome, complete with smiles and chocolates, set the tone for a truly memorable stay. The staff were polite and attentive, ensuring our comfort as they escorted us to our immaculate room. Every detail, from spotless bathrooms to the fresh and luxurious feel, was perfect.
The hotel’s location made exploring Marrakesh easy, while providing a peaceful haven to return to. One standout was the on-site masseuse, whose exceptional service helped us unwind after long days of exploring. Breakfast was another highlight, with a spread that far exceeded our expectations.
A special mention goes to Shamy, who was a gem throughout our stay. Her helpfulness, from recommending eateries to arranging transport, made our visit extraordinary. Shamy also organised fantastic tours, enriching our experience with her local knowledge.
The Swiss Continental Marrakesh Hotel is worth every penny. The staff made us feel safe and secure, even storing our luggage while we travelled. We couldn’t recommend this hotel more – from family getaways to business trips, every aspect exceeded expectations. We’ll definitely be returning, thanks to the incredible team, and especially Shamy!
Hotel was great, but quite noisy at night until midnight. Staff were good, but there is no dining at all - but that is fine, as there are loads of places within 2-20 minutes walk. It's downtown, so great for shopping.

Hotel was very clean and tidy from reception up to room. Staff were kind and friendly and extremely helpful. I was given a tray of tea and sweets on arrival which was a pleasant surprise. Tissam was working at reception and was the most wonderful and kind person. Without hesitation offered me more complimentary tea and sweets, gave me information on the local area, and was overall just extremely helpful. Genuinely don’t think I’ve been welcomed that well to a hotel. Thank you.
Not able to get through the hotel to cancel it. Booked the wrong country. Didn’t answer their calls. Phoned many times didn’t call back.

My family and I had 3 short stays there in the past month and we received excellent service from start to finish. The reception staff is welcoming, professional and efficient. Special thanks to Btissam, Shaymae and Mounir who attended us during our stays and made sure we had a pleasant and comfortable experience. Cleanliness is also 10 out of 10. Thank you!

The hotel was nice, spacious and clean. The room sevice were responsive. The staff was very friendly. One of the staff Imane responded positively to most of my request and made my stay very enjoyable. I wish it had a swimming pool.
Property doesn’t have a functioning dinning room which isn’t mentioned on Expedia web site. Expedia also list it as having a pool. It does not. It’s a bit further away from things so not so walkable as a location. It’s new however and everything works so that’s a plus. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Brand new property, super friendly staff, great location
Loved our stay here. Really welcoming and hospitable staff, clean facilities with the hotel being located in a safe and vibrant area. Only downside is there’s no pool and so nowhere to relax when you’re at the hotel nevertheless would heavily this place.

It was really lovely staying in this brand new hotel. Everything is new and modern which is quite difficult to find in Marrakesh. Among all, hospitality of a receptionist named Chaimaa was impressive and she really made our stay enjoyable. Without her help, our stay would have not been the same. A big thank you to her. I will definitely come back
