The stay was good but customer service of makemytrip was is pathetic. Its just an web /app with no human interface, no ability to understand, no intent to support just keeps giving automated response. I have complaint since 24dec till date no response still waiting to hear back.

The staff is very polite and kind. Mr unis h was very helpful for all our needs. Allowed us late checkout. Very close to thamel market but away from the noise.

Peaceful stay. Excellent quality rooms with all amenities. The location of the hotel is also very good near to thamel matket. The staff is very polite and helpful too. .

worst ever hospitality experience 😪. I have booked the executive suite for 2 nights but on arrival was informed that my room is on top floor with no elevator and was forced to select other/lower grade rooms on lower floor. The staff was very rude and unsupportive (especially the manager Younus). Please focus on cleanliness and services in the room. You have to request for even the basics. Even the heating was not proper. To top it all, its better to avoid booking the breakfast along with the stay. The breakfast service is very slow taking a minimum of 10-15 minutes for every small order and ends at 10 AM no matter what. For items like Paratha, there is a limit set to 1 piece per guest only. Please carry your own tea/coffee set as the hotel does not provide milk powder(asks for extra cost) and no room service post 9 PM. Overall the horrible and harrased experience.

The rooms are good, the service is good. Close to thamel market however the kitchen has limited menu items. The staff is supportive.

They warn to customers NOT TO SMOKE & FINE for smoking. 50$ (5000/Rs). Rooms & buildings photo are of some other properties. No elevator/ lift. initially I booked for 3 nights & room allotted was supposed to be with gallery. again I selected same hotel so I decided to stay same place. so again same room was allotted. I must get refund. Hot water not available in rooms. at 5 °temp.of kathmandu we used cold water for bath & all purpose.

It was good for a budget hotel location, perfect place to stay. Breakfast not so great. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable to get good night rest.

I was given room no. 304, at first the lights and the refrigerator wasn’t working so contacted the hotel staff and within 10-15 mins both issues were sorted. I was greeted well and i recommend this hotel very much. The room was nice and tidy, bathroom was clean, ac worked fine. In short, one of the best hotel in thamel.

Room is much spacious and comfortable with a balcony. View from the balcony is really awesome, also has a mini fridge on the room, breakfast was not good at all, rest everything is fine

It was a good experience. Hotel was neat and decent and people were warm. We would definitely wish to come back again to the same hotel. And also the location of the yeh hotel is centrally located. That’s the best part of the hotel i. E it’s connectivity with the whole thamel city. The prices of the room was quite good. Easy accessibility.

Overall good hotel. Staff is good they made us food when we reached hotel but not all rooms have balcony. All rooms are neat and clean with toothbrush, hairdryer and free wifi
