My name is don-yo from san francisco. I have been here at vaishali hotel last four days. I enjoyed being at very quiet neighborhood. It’s very clean, the rooms are big and the staff members are very plight. I’m coming back in april and i will book with my group. Its centrally located heart of thamel. The price is very reasonable.

कमरों मे बाथरूमस की हालत बहुत अच्छी नहीं है ब्रेकफास्ट ठीक है और बेहतर हो सकता है स्वीमिंग पूल को यूज करने की हालत नहीं थी रेगुलर सफाई होनी चाहिए

First of all, i was given a room in which ac wasn't working. After lot of follow-ups, i was shifted to another room. In the new room, the locker wasn't working at all; and despite multiple complaints & follow-ups the issues was never addressed till the time i checked-out. The hotel staff is very non-responsive. The only positive thing about this hotel is its location, i. E, thamel - the heart of city; known for it's night life and shopping. But, there are many other better properties to stay at thamel. Won't recommend this property to anyone at all.

Thamel is a good place. As per the place, the hotel should have been very good. But lacks amenities relative to the price. Wifi could have been better. The washroom could have been cleaner.

Stay at vaishali hotels. Was great. Location. 10 out of 10. Every thing in walking distance. Night life loud. Naryanhiti palace. Chaya center mall. . Darbar mall. Garden of dreams 5-10 min walking distance from hotel. Highly recommend to stay.

It's very bad three days with cockroach. Suferring itching in whole body. Fridge and tv was off i called reception for start tv but they don't respond me. Why you suggest vaishali hotel for people for miss behave i suggest all peoples please never go to bad type of hotel. You are not make my trip your company new name is bad my trip. Only for few rs. You destroy my trip. Thank's

The quality of hotel is very poor. Old hotel with no attention in maintenance. Many people left the hotel during our stay. They have changed my rooms 4 times in two days. Very bad experience

Excellent hotel and staff, very cooperative and helpful in all things whether currency exchange or taxi booking, got rooms ready even before check in time and was allowed late check out without any charges. Strongly recommend

The flooring of the rooms was ripped and rotten, basic amenities such as shaving kit was not available and even denied when requested, very old and rundown property even after repeated request to fix the tv for two days no one turned up, will never recommend and stay here again.

The hotel is very old and it's in dire need of renovation. Bathroom shower was broken. The drains were clogged. Wifi was extremely poor and almost non usable even though the router was just outside my room. Tv wasn't working coz most of the power sockets were non working or loose. Last straw was that during last day a mouse somehow went inside room and nibbled in many papers. Luckily no important paper was damaged. Good things room was big, and free water was available from filter all time. Hotel was spacious and staff polite and courteous. It could have been a very good hotel if proper upkeep was done and in heart of thamel. But these things are common in any hotel here.

The location is good, in the heart of the kathmandu party district. But the amenities are basic. The support was minimal too - when asked for room assistance with ac and water glasses, we didn’t receive any.
