The senior staff is so bad and so rude to talk with their guest. So bad behave to their guest. I suggest not to stay in future in hotel to all other guest also. Bcoz of their staff

The room shown in the photos were totally opposite to it plus they said that ive got the room on discount so they will not give me a better room there was a hole and switches were broken very small room and amenities were poor it was very terrible stay

Alert:scam hotel is having hidden cost in free breakfast

They charge extra above booking made through make my trip. I booked bed and breakfast for 1 night and at the counter i extended for 2 more nights. Total stay for 3 nights. All 3 days they charged above the package. 1 day they charged rs 50 for 1 egg. 2nd day they charged rs 100 for 1 bowl yoghurt extra and 3rd day they charged rs 300 for 1 alu paratha. They say there is free breakfast but they give little items and if i eat more i have to pay more. Then why make my trip and hotel both jointly saying breakfast is free. Hotel and make my trip, both jointly cheating

Room is not as per expectation, no welcome drink (it was mentioned while booking welcome drink on arrival, also in the deluxe room pictures it shows bathtub and its not there. Plus no view (its like slum view)
