    Excellent Stay

    Excellent staff and service. Superb breakfast and restaurants. Facilities are excellent. Really happy with the stay. Very close to metro and travel-ling was very convenient, but not much to do in the locality itself. Would highly recommend this hotel.

    Stay was okay but not great food quality need to be improved and cleanliness was not mandatory they do only on request

    Excellent Stay

    I had traveled for work for 2 nights and found the staff very helpful and accommodating. The location is very good and convenient to the rai exhibition center and few minutes to the central station. Highly recommend this hotel for the location and friendliness of staff.

    Poor Stay

    I took the delux room by paying extra. Hotel charges extra for basic toiletries. Doesnt give drinking water complementary too. Even if i checked in late by 9 pm, hotel was not flexible to give me even 2 hours for late check out. Breakfast area is huge but with only few people sitting there makes it feel odd too.

    Location very good near overamstel metro Food good variety present Food restaurant -if food is not included they asked for instant payment after meal besides you did advance payment of your stay Cleanliness-besides putting the board they didn’t do cleanup happening 2 days in three day stay
