We had a good experience staying at new west inn. Public transport was right outside the hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. Overall a nice stay!

Everything good except morning staff

Stay was good though it is bit far from city center. On the last day hotel reception was rude about providing morning breakfast details when inquired. The lady on the counter was reluctant to give basic info and was rude while replying.

Nice friendly staff!
The place have a very basic gym which could be very useful for business travellers to maintain a routine!
Would definitely love to visit there again.
The only downside is that it is a bit far away from the town centre so that makes it a bit difficult to stay late in the town centre.
Overall a nice value for money

Nice hotel, good location and value for money. Try and ask for a corner room they Have a good view and are spacious and well appointed. Victor at the front desk is a helpful resource, he ensures that you are happy with your stay.

Clean and very pleasant stay

I have stayed for 3 nights. Hotel was lovely and staff were extremely helpful. It is easy to get to the Central (Tram 17). The WiFi worked for me but was weak: good enough for Facebook, but not good enough for Skype. Overall the hotel is in need of a makeover, but it's a gem of a place if you want a cheaper but decent quality hotel.
