Hotel infrastructure is good. Every 40 mins free shuttle to and fro schiphol airport is really very helpful to commute. Staffs at the reception desk are rude, non-cooperative and not at all deserve to be serve reception of a 4 star hotel. Toiletries and items of basic necessities are not provided which is not at par with even a 2 star hotel. They don't keep luggage at reception unlike the majority of hotels across the world, neither will give early check-in nor late check-out. Not recommended.

Very rude staff, not provided basic toiletries and water bottle. When asked about water advised to take from tap water. Not permitted to extend check out by even an hour. One of the worst experience. Though i knew about the bad reviews i had selected this hotel because the conference held in this hotel. Now experienced what others mentioned in the reviews not at all recommended

The lady staff who checked me in was rude and no patience to answer my questions, this was first time I was in Amsterdam, I requested her for meeting with hotel manager and she was rude in answering. If you get into my room, the bathroom door once you close won't open from inside. You have to push very hard. No room service. Even pillow, sugar, coffee packet, if I asked extra I had to go down at reception and collect. Please fix bathroom door.

Although ours was a short stay, yet we found the experience pleasant enough. The fabulous breakfast spread is the must do for everyone.

It is a great hotel for a reasonable price very close to Schiphol airport with an excellent shuttle to and fro the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff and excellent breakfast and clean, quite spacious rooms and very quiet. I do not have any single complaint and hopefully I can use the swimming pool next time.
