Dirty,noisy and felt very unsafe
Would recommend that Expedia makes clear that this is a motel for the homeless. This made us slightly nervous with patched people around. However having said this our room was clean & the facilities were good and we had a good stay without any issues like some other reviewers had. The office lady was pleasant and helpful..

barry.partnerMar 16, 2024 Disgusting out of date & shabby, only one heat point in the kitchen for microwave, toaster & jug some lights not working, had to empty own rubbish cotainer, no heating, no extacter fan in bathroon, shower doesn't drain leaving 20mls water on tray. Too expensive for condition, couldnt recomend it to anyone. Shouldn't be allowed to operate a motel in that condition. I'm very surprised than you maket a motel in that condition.

I was too scared to stay after arriving there - I had booked in and paid without reading the reviews. The place was full of Emergency Housing and I did not feel safe there. The person who ran the place was lovely and I understand why she allows them there but I ended up sleeping on a friend's floor rather than stay.
We stayed 10 minutes in the room and went to another hotel. It was disgusting. It smelt, the front door only had a chain. The lady at reception said they locked once the door was closed. You had no way of checking once inside. It appeared to be a winz hotel which we werent told about.
The carpet had big stains. Fries in the room. A fan had lots of dust.A bottle of conditioner was broken. Shampoo & conditioner looked very old.
Only good thing was that all towels were clean enough
Unfortunately there’s not much good to say about this property. It is very very dated and tired. It is also appears to be used for emergency housing and consequently somewhat noisy. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the Wi-Fi very slow and patchy. Certainly not value for money.
This motel has emergency housing tenants and there was a lot of noise and coming and going in the evening. The motel was very run down and not very clean.

Pretty old and tired in need of freshening up. Threadbare carpet, very old bed, bathroom and kitchenette and for over $100 for one night I expected more. I've stayed in much nicer backpacker en-suite rooms for less. On the side, good location, great TV.

More annoying was the fact that having stated clearly on the advertising that wi-fi was available, the unit we were allocated could not get any Internet at all. We had to request to be moved to another unit once we found we couldn't get any connectivity, and even there, the receptionist said we would have to leave the front door open as the concrete walls on all the units shut out Internet connectivity.
