    Very bad experience and not come again

    The food is really bad and it's set a menu. The rooms are too small and have no windows and the help desk is unsupportive always.

    The hotel is located in the best area. Walking distance to all needed amenities. Warm and smiling staff. Very polite. They could do better by answering reception calls made from the room.

    The property is in a great location. Good clean rooms. Friendly staff. The only negative is the breakfast which is very poor. Do not have breakfast here.

    Nice stay. Good hotel staff. Only basic stay. They don't provide electric kettle. No room service for food. You have to order by Grab. Location is good a lot of eateries are nearby.

    Great stay altogether. Walk-able distance to Robinson Galleria. All shopping and restaurants are easily accessible. You can expect for the money paid. Good stay.
