niculae.partnerSep 25, 2024 A new hotel about one year and half ,in an old building, that’s the reason for rooms being very small, sink in the bathroom was the size of a shoebox!!, very thin old and used towels,i stayed for 8 nights and 3 days the towels had holes , breakfast is just ok, 2 kinds of cheese and just one processed ham in cold cuts department, some fruits , a good omelette,some hard boiled eggs , some sweets, and the regular juices, kind of a 2~3 star BK hotel not 4 that I payed, had a problem with the little sink that was plugged ,and dead battery in the safe box , but the issues where resolved very quick by the manager who is a very nice person , great staff, friendly helpful and with smiles on their faces , good shower and good bed ,safe and very clean , not really a 4 star but I recommend
They don’t care about problems
For the most part Hotel was great. Most of the staff was amazing. Clean property. We got a suite and first thing we noticed was the fridge was not working. After going down and talking to the front desk the first 3 days we were there, the 3rd day they finally told us it was broken. On top of that the gentleman at the front desk said there was nothing they could do about it. No compensation no room change to one that had a fridge. Just a simple it doesn’t work. Tough luck. We specifically paid for a suite to have a fridge so we could have cold white wine. We were very disappointed that this hotel didn’t even try to make this problem better.

Very friendly and helpful check-in. The breakfast was very good. The hotel feels small but modern. The bedroom was very bright with a large balcony. The only complaint is that the room didnt feel very clean - there was visible dust and hair on the floor.
Three night business and pleasure stay
Very clean. New. Staff friendly and very helpful. Bathrooms could use some extra hooks. Standard room is small for two travelers with two suitcases- only one luggage rack. 8-10 mins walk to Arroios metro or Saldanha. Nice breakfast. Hoyle kept our luggage at our early arrival and also after check out.
nicholas.partnerMay 05, 2023 This was a nice hotel! The room was small but comfortable. The only thing that I would have preferred, would have been if the shower temperature was hotter. In cooler weather it would have felt much too cold. The neighbourhood the hotel is in is just outside the tourist core, making it quieter and peaceful. There are nice cafes and a laundromat around the corner. It’s very accessible via transit!
Amazing. Staff wS extremely helpful and clearly answered all questions; room was clean, nice andhad e everything you can think of including nespresso coffee machine

Good stay in a good hotel.
Surpreendeu minhas expectativas. Quarto amplo, arejado, sacada com vista. O mais agradável foram os mimos no quarto: chinelo, roupão e, principalmente, por nos rceberem com pastéis de nata, garrafa d'água e máquinas de café e chá à disposição.
Gostei do quarto espaçoso, chuveiro ótimo, duchinha higiênica essencial, o cafw da manhã excelente, mto completo, mas a limpeza do quarto ficou a desejar. Uma das pias ja estava entupida desde que chegamos e nada foi feito para o seu conserto.
Ligger lidt væk fra centrum men i gå afstand hvis man kan lide at gå.
Fantastiskt fint hotell med mycket fina rum och faciliteter och utmärkt frukostbuffé med allt man kan tänka sig.
Hotel bem novo e moderno , achei bem agradável e confortável. O café da manhã tem bastante variedade e uma delícia .
De passage pour une nuit, j'ai apprécié le confort, le calme et la propreté de la chambre. J'ai également vu qu'il y avait de belles prestations comme la restauration ou le rooftop pour boire un verre mais je n'ai pas eu l'occasion d'essayer. Je suis satisfait de mon passage à l'hôtel Hills.

Oerhört dammigt under sängen och och även på golvet. Kaffemaskinen fungerade inte .
閑静で坂の上にあるので、ゴミゴミした感もなく優雅に過ごせました。部屋も衛生的ですが、強いてマイナス面を挙げるなら、お風呂のシャワーがトイレ側に流れやすい（扉がなくて仕切りも幅が狭い）ことです。朝食も美味しかったし、スタッフの笑顔が印象的でした。
