    The staff were very kind and helpful. I stayed for 2 nights. The reception, security, even the housekeeping staff all were very helpful. The room was neat and clean.

    Hotel was well maintained and once I highlighted their mistake, they promptly rectified but it puts off your mood when staff sounds as if it’s no big deal. I experienced that staff was very complacent about their duties. I had call twice minimum to ask for anything like water, iron. Two times it happened that they charged me wrongly on food bills. Thankfully I was not in rush and took my time to look at the bill which I rarely do.
