The atmosphere and the service were good. There was a very nice welcome and the service to the masjid haram was very good

The location was good, and the best thing was there was a spacious prayer room and shuttle service every 30 min. The hotel staff were polite and helpful.

The hotel was tidy and well-maintained. The staff was extremely helpful. It's about a 15-20 minute drive to masjid al-haram. Shuttle services run every 30 minutes, but the drop-off point is quite a distance from the mosque, necessitating a walk of at least 15-20 minutes.

Location a bit far- Free shuttle available round the clock. Food is as usual 💯 % of all Novotel around the world.

1-neat & clean. 2-amazing and highly recommended. 3- bus every 30 min available to ha-ram (9 min away by bus to station then walking 6 min 4-near by supermarket available. 5- no toothbrush was available. 6- no need to put notice papers of check out timing & rules in front of the door prior my check out (either clarify in reception or put inside room prior check in)

It deserved to be 4 star, staff were polite, cooperative & helpful. Food is good. Everything was excellent & it worth the price. Only exception was we did not have outside view from the room as it was blocking by the other building.

It was very nice very good i will definitely repeat it again and recommend it, rooms clean, neat, food is ok, transportation to ha-ram is great every 30 mins 24hrs, reception staff are so helpful and lovely
Manager don’t know how to reply customer if the room is not ready, no one at reception once reached at tower-1

Firstly when i arrived at night i have to wait for around 1 hours for keys and than i got a room with single beds and i was all alone i booked superior king size bedroom i than i take more 30mins for room when discussed on reception not luggage person was available i have to carry my heavy bags by my self receptionists were not good as they have to with their customers property was very good but management is not worth as hotel i have spendid around 500sar for travelling to hotel and makkah altough they have shuttle service but we have to wait too much for that

My check in was 4pm, we reached hotel 9. 30 pm, they kept waited us in reception for almost one hour to allot room, no responsible person on reception desk, room service & reception don’t pick phone from room. Good property with worst service

Every thing was good and perfect. Good is also good but they didn't have the microwave to warm the food i request them i have a food plus send me the room service to warm it but they told we don't have.

We had to wait 3 hours for checking in. And we received a room with 4 beds they didn't provide us a room with twin beds 😒

I the room tooth brush and paste was not provided and provided … and waiting for lift was too long time .. breakfast was good and free shuttle provided to haram was excellent

Stay was very Gud though the hotel is new. the breakfast had lot of varieties, shuttle service to Kaaba was very helpful
