I requested for the room in top floor for a good view and she immediately provided at 14th floor, however, she gave a disclaimer that it is subjected to availability and without any hesitation, she provided rooms are very cozy and super clean. You can reach Bugis street at 3 mins walk. And closest MRT is Rochor which is 4 mins walk. The staff and service were great and prompt. The food (breakfast) was really nice with a great variety from Indian / international to different cuisines and varieties. The location is really great (just the next lane to Bugis street) and only 15-20 mins walking to the Marina Bay too ( we enjoyed our morning walk to Marina Bay and the breakfast too when we returned back to the Ibis Singapore On Bencoolen - Near Little India). The staff also went out of their way to arrange for a cake for my mother's birthday(as we had checked in quite late in the night no place was open)

Walkable distance from the rich-or mart stn and right opposite was the bus stop and very close to bugis street. However the breakfast menu remained the same for all days which was very disappointing. At any Ibis Singapore On Bencoolen - Near Little India the menu keeps changing but here it did not which was indeed a mood off setter during our stay.

The location of the place is excellent. The area around is good. There are 3 metro stations in the vicinity. Food options around are good. The staff at the Ibis Singapore On Bencoolen - Near Little India is very courteous and helpful. The breakfast is very repetitive. But it's good. We had a wonderful stay.

Ibis on bencoolen is located at a very manageable walking distance from little india and bugis and has a bus stand right in front. So location is very good. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Loved their breakfast which had 2-3 indian dishes everyday. Plus there's a 7-11 on the ground floor. Very clean and amenities like water and ice dispenser and washing machines helped save some costs too. Overall a good experience.

Right next to happening place where all type of food you can have. Hotel location is best bit expensive but what a view of marina bay from top floor.

Stay was very comfortable specially the services & the nearby locations. Hotel also provided us services for our kid like warm milk during morning & evenings. Overall it was superb stay.
