We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is nice the rooms are good and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. Thanks to alan and his team.

well maintained sg clean hotel and greeting staff at reception and maintenance. overall good budget stay if you're planning 5+days. and place is near to bus stop

Room is too tiny

Room is not spacious. But the cleaning boy did his job well and good. Everyday they maintain the room is good and fresh. The black lady receptionist who sitting in night is not friendly. She is serious always.

Not good as expected

Room was very congested. Ceiling was very dirty and even room was not up to the standard. Felt very congested in the room. I stayed in superior loft where it costed me about 100 dollars per night. I am not at all satisfied with fragrance Hotel Bales-tier. Not Worth at all. Even it is not near to any metro station.

Went there for business trip. Room was ideal location but too small and noisy.
Room no.311 was too noisy due to some machine running above the room.
