Prime location. Clean and cozy room. Daily cleaning. Bus stop in 100 meters. 2 stops to vivo city. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Staff was good and very helpful, room and bathroom was very clean, but ac remote wasn’t working, but other than that hotel was good and at a great location

Good hotel in budget. Cons: 1. Charged 40sgd for 1. 5 hr early checkin. Staff was stubborn inspite of l booking for 5 days too 2. Very small rooms 3. . They could have given a microwave oven for international travelers who can get their food ready. Common oven is there in ground floor only

No services in this hotel. Equipments are not working properly. No food arrangements. Rooms are so tiny you cant breath. Washrooms are very very small. Two little bottles to drink water only.

I went there with my husband for 8 nights. Rooms were very small and tiny washroom not like that you are expecting. TV, kettle and ac doesn't work properly. No action was taken even after requesting several times. And also they have charged extra for the useless reasons. You will not get food within range of 3 to 4 km. Staff was just not at all supportive except only two people. Not even worth of your money. Only location is good. I will say in the end, totally worst experience.

No food service at hotel. Cleaning services was not so good. Location is good, near to the city and Sentosa and the area is very calm and nice.

Poor location as it did not had any restaurant in the near by area. It also did not have any restaurant within the premises making the breakfast and dinning options difficult.
Hotel did not had any own restaurant nor anything near by.

Hotel was average. It is a no frills hotel. You will not have any one to assist you with your luggage etc. but I must say having sensed my reduced mobility the lady in the front desk helped me to carry my luggage. One minus point is there are no restaurants close by. You need to hire a taxi to go for eating etc, however they have a snack bar to help the customers. I would not mind returning to this hotel again.

Don't book the hotel. One of the worst hotel you can find in Singapore, the rooms aren't as they are shown in the photographs on MakeMyTrip website. No room service and even water provided in the rooms are on a chargeable basis. Rude staff and moreover the walls of the rooms are so thin that one can easily hear the people in the adjoining rooms. No tables to keep luggage or other basis amenities available in the room. Untidy corridors. Lizards and other insects all over. No daily room cleaning, its on a chargeable basis. I can go on and on.
