Hotel’s location was very good, but no restaurant and swimming pool. Very less veg options in breakfast.

Excellent room and services. Staff is polite and helpful. 5 star for staff cleanliness and services. Breakfast did not include any indian item but we stayed just for a day so may be it wasn't there on that day

The stay at holiday inn express orchard road was very comfortable. Room had all the basic amenities. The staff was kind enough (morning of 27thoct) to offer coffee & pack breakfast for our early morning flight. Three suggestions: chef at morning buffer breakfast can learn to be polite, washroom door can have a lock, and staff at reception (janny is an exception and was too helpful though) can at-least have courtesy to reply to the queries of the guest.

Great hotel, centrally located, comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Breakfast for vegetarians was an issue. The hotel can work to increase the number of vegetarian dishes.

Location is good. Nearer to the somerset mrt. Buffet is small but sufficient considering this is an express hotel. Sanitizers have been placed in most of the places for disinfection and buffet is served by the hotel staff to ensure maximum hygiene

Hotel is located on Orchard Road surrounded by shopping malls and walking distance to MRT. Good neat rooms and decent breakfast. Good value for money

Just expected a bit more variety in the Indian breakfast dishes. Daily there were some Indian dishes but at times it was biryani rice or dal and naan which you generally don't eat in the morning. But sometimes it was good like bhaji and paratha and some Wada and chatni. There were many Indian guests at the hotel and am sure all expected a little better variety. Overall it was fine. Very courteous staff. Great location and good rooms. Thanks, Holiday Inn Express for a good experience!

Great location and hospitality. However rooms are small and bathrooms even more so.
Good location and check in was smooth. The breakfast is well laid out and good service. I would recommend the hotel

My stay was good. Location was perfect, right in the middle of Orchard Road. Staff were helpful. However some basic amenities like body moisturizer were not provided. Breakfast options were limited. Overall experience is OK if you want to just hop in hop out for a day. For longer stay, I do not recommend Express. The room did not provide body moisturizer, a basic item. Breakfast options were limited. Location was great, right in middle of Orchard road.
