I never see like this hotel in my life. Really. Staff behave not good. Room also not clean. Dirty and smelly rooms

This is not a usual review. This is a review on their inconsiderate behaviour in this dangerous situation across the world. Let me tell you, I couldn't stay as I could not take of due to travel restrictions amid corona scare. Hotel should give me free cancellation as other hotels in my planner trip did but not this one. What is my fault if travel is restricted? I did continuous follow up, there isn't a single reply. If not refund, Hotel must allow a one time reschedule option that could be used within a year

Near to MRT, nearby restaurant, good hotel staff. Must visit.

Hotel was very near and clean. Room service was good too, what I didn't like was room size. It's extremely small. No windows in some room which creates suffocation some times.

Our stay was great. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a neat and clean place. Bathroom was very good. Only the rooms are a bit smaller. Over all great place to be in.

Good location, but small rooms

I booked a family room and that was very small. No wardrobe or cupboards to place your luggage. Not recommended for a family.
Very congested room for a family.
