Hotel is good, has good acess to SBS of hardly 3 Min. Acess MRT is about 15 Min. Room cleaning everyday and not once in two days 🙃

Although budget and location was good and recommended. More focus should be done on the room services. We had to request for the cleaning while this should have done automatically.

No complaints except one. You don’t get water bottles sent to your room. Instead, you have to go to the restaurant time and again to fill water from their water dispenser, and this facility is available only till 10pm. Comfortable stay otherwise. Now send the discount code

Excuses in the name of sustainably! they only supply empty water jug, we have to go to restaurant atv4th floor or gr floor lobby for fill water everybtime house keeping only alternate days for saving our planet. Just corporate excuses i don't recommend only good part is breakfast was good

Pros: easily accessibility. Metro station and hotels nearby. Children enjoyed the pool, nicely maintained. Breakfast is good. Cons: room very compact.

The room i selected was a deluxe room. Size was ok. One thing i noticed that this hotel mostly has indian guests. However the breakfast menu and most of the other things are not tuned in that manner. The restaurant closes at 9:30 officially. Dont be surprised if they close it at 9:15 as well and that is what i am saying. Largely they are oblivious towards their customers.

The property is located 800 metres from the mattar mrt station and falls under the dt line. The hotel was clean and neat. The pool and gym were well maintained. Breakfast spread was very nice. We had stayed for 5 nights here and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel does provide the facility to refill drinking water which is a plus as the water is a bit costly in singapore. Below are the pros and cons we observed: pros - very near to mart and airport commute takes 20-30 mins via mrt, lots of eateries available nearby along with grocery stores. Play area for kids available nearby, drinking water available on refill basis, good spread of breakfast. Cons - alacarte food is a bit expensive in the hotel, early checkin is a bit difficult here as we had to wait for more than 30 mins after the checkin start time. Jetspray not available those who like to use it, rooms are very compact.

Pleasant stay ! room was spacious and well organised with ample amount of sunlight due wide windows giving a great outside view. There were so many options near to dine in approx 200 -300 meters like indian, thai etc.

The hotel location was good but hotel amenities were very basic, even no water bottle was given in room. We made our booking with breakfast, the breakfast was very very basic, so better book your stay without breakfast.
