My stay at mercure singapore was good. It’s a bit far from main city but has a bus stop within 200m and is very near to orchard road. There is a 7 eleven as well within 100m which is open 24x7 for any emergencies. The only problem was with my room which didn’t had enough cupboard space for two.

While overall prop is good but basic services was not up to mark > housing keeping didn't check showergel is refilled or not, microwave not available for usage, lock wan't functioning and it took 30mins for the guy to turn up

The location of the property is really good as it is so close to the mrt. The food could have been a bit better as there was not many options for vegetarian indian breakfast other than the usual 3-4 items which could get a bit difficult for vegetarians and the room sizes could have been better, it gets really cramped with 2 big trolleys and is not sufficient for 2 people however good for 1 person. The size of the bathroom was really small, overall the room size is not sufficient basis the price paid for the property

Beautiful hotel on stevens. Lovely breakfast. Hotel has a shuttle bus service every 45 mins to nearest mart station. The rooms are pretty tiny with a small queen size bed. Everything else was fantastic.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the mercure singapore on stevens, and i must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The check-in process was swift and efficient, and i was soon escorted to my beautifully appointed room. The room itself was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The view from my room was also a delightful bonus, offering a picturesque glimpse of singapore's skyline. The hotel's facilities are top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the stunning swimming pool and the well-equipped fitness center. The on-site dining options are excellent as well; i had a delightful breakfast at the restaurant each morning, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. One of the standout features of mercure singapore on stevens is its convenient location. It’s situated in a peaceful area, yet it's just a short distance from orchard road, making it easy to access shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The hotel room was pathetic. There was hardly any place for a single guest and they said all their rooms are of same size. We had to pay 300 singapore dollars extra to upgrade

The staff is welcoming & very warm. All the services are pretty quick. Shuttle service to mart station is also available. Located in a quiet & peaceful locality. Just a bit away from the city centre. Only disappointment - the rooms are pretty small.

Location is 1 kms from mtr but they have regular shuttles going every hour, everything else was great. Nice and peaceful stay

Very convenient location, there is a shuttle bus that goes to orchard road every 30 minutes. Overall - value for money, however rooms are very small.

Very well located in a lovely quiet area, a short ride/longish walk from the steven’s mrt. Very nice and helpful staff. Great breakfast! the room was slightly small but very well appointed. Very comfortable bed!
