It’s kind of decent hotel. Rooms are relatively small but has all the facilities for long stay as well. I would recommend this hotel

The hotel was clean and provided all amenities. Location is nearby to good eateries and just next to the bus stop. The housekeeping was very clean. Will definitely recommend this to anybody wanting a budget stay in singapore.

The Quay Hotel West Coast is situated at a good location. Staff are very friendly and most imp is the cleanliness is to the mark.

Some of the amenities listed on makemytrip while booking were missing in the hotel. For e. G. There was no shared kitchen in the hotel which was listed in the amenities list on the mm t app at the time of bookings
Room size was too small and there was hardly any space for movement. Limited and restricted topping up of tea coffee sachets in room. No glasses available for drinking water and had to manage with tea cups. Bed sheets/ linen were not changed during the entire stay of 5 nights

They are doing cost cutting for e. G they don't give even water bottle electricity cut off multiple times sometimes lift doesn't works rooms are to small. Etc

We stayed in the hotel for a week. The stay was very comfortable, staff friendly, approachable and helpful. The property was clean and well maintained. Though the room was small, it was comfortable.

The hotel was very nice. Booked my rooms via make my trip. The overall experience was superb. The staffs were good and the hotel was clean. However, there is not eateries associated with the hotel. But many food joints are present near the place. Highly recommend using mm t for booking your stay.

This is within 1 km from nus campus on pa-sir panjang road, in queenstown area. Good clean room and high speed wifi. Lot of food options of indian, chinese and malaysian, thai food nearby.
