Terrible Stay

We had a horrible experience at this hotel. Right from the staff at the reception which was not at all welcoming. The guy wanted to sell us room upgrade and as we didn't opt for it, he was behaving as if he is giving free rooms to us. Thermostat was not working in my colleagues room and when she complained, the hotel staff just opened the windows in her room rather than sorting out the issue or allocating her a new room. No complementary water. Access card was getting disabled after every 12 hours. Woofff. Would never visit or recommend anyone to book this hotel even if you have a short stay.

Pathetic room

Untidy, Spider webs inside rooms, totally unhygienic rooms. Small bathroom. Breakfast was similar everyday. Only thing was good and staff is very polite. If this hotel was in India I would have not given more than 2 stars.

Nice hotel especially for football fans

The hotel is good & has almost all amenities. They have a nice room & also a nice spa center. You can see the top seats section of camp nou stadium from the main road of the hotel. Highly recommended for a football fan or a FC Barcelona fan. Its within 1 km from the stadium.

I'm a soccer game, and the location suites me best as it's around 5min far away from camp nou stadium, fc Barcelona ... The hotel also has the facility of ice dispenser. Hotel also provide free access to spa and private pools ...
