Food is basic but always edible for the price and no complaints
First room given hadn’t been cleaned at all. Beds not changed, bins not emptied, floors not swept. The ‘night’ guy on was more interested in having food from the buffet or napping in the reception area. Not impressed at all with the way things were handled by the hotel.
Apartments are clean and comfortable. But not the most modern. Noise does carry from neighboring apartments rather. That's unfortunate if you have noisy neighbors, but there isn't much that can be done about that. They played the music at the pool bar far too loud all afternoon and evening, which they could and should change. The pool is great, gardens etc well maintained. The food is good, well cooked and presented, and plentiful, but again a little basic and repeatative. Staff were all very friendly and reception guys very helpful. It's not a 4 Star resort. But this reflected in the price. It's an excellent value for money holiday.
andrew.friendsNov 14, 2021 The property itself was ok but very tired looking. The terrace area looked sightly as they had unfinished renovation works that needed repainting. You would expect a decent room if paying extra for a deluxe room. Food was ok. For a 2 star hotel was good value overall.
alex.family_with_childrenAug 14, 2024 Pasamos 5 días en este alojamiento y la verdad la pasamos bien ...comida variada, parking justo en frente del hotel, piscina siempre limpia y climatizada, personal muy amable y servicial, el aire de las habitaciones genial, lo único que se debe mejorar un poco es las camas y colchones, calidad precio bien...gracias a bungalow Maspalomas oasis club por estos días ...volveremos 😘
El hotel acogedor. No había mucha gente y en general no es tanto nivel industrial como en las grandes cadenas. Es súper verde. Las plantas, flores y árboles están bien cuidados. El personal amigable. Ámbito amistoso. Comida (a mi paladar) muy buena y variada. Bus al playa gratis. Taxis en la puerta por 6-8€ te llevan a los sitios importantes alrededor. Lo que no me gustó es los colchones extremadamente incómodos y la animación muy floja. A pesar de esto, súper recomendado

Es war großartig. Ich bin sehr begeistert und komme gerne wieder, weil es so schön war.
The most important first. If you book 2-star all-inclusive holiday apartamentos - do not expect the same standard that 5-star hotels have. There is not much around, but you can have a 30-minute walk to the Maspalomas lighthouse. The accommodation is very worn and should have been renovated years ago. The cleaning is done five times weekly and the ladies change towels every time. The water pressure is down every morning when everybody wants to have shover. Maybe it is a good idea to book a "de luxe" apartment with a large balcony. But one more time - this is a 2-star place.
The breakfast, lunch and dinner are plentiful and the variety is large. The food may be basic, but there is nothing to complain about. Excellent value for money. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. You can have beer, wine, water etc. as you want as self-service. There is also a pool bar with cocktails, beer, wine, and refreshments all included in the price.
So if you want good value for money and also understand not to expect too much, then this a good choice.
Ok, men slitet. Maten minst sagt medioker. Lugnt och tyst på rummet. Bra Wi-Fi. Förhållandevis billigt, vilket stämmer med ovan.
Estuvimos una semana y estuvo genial. En general, todos fueron muy amables para todo, destacando Dorian, el socorrista, que es un sol de chico.

Lintujen laulusta vihreissä palmuissa. Hotelli oli kuin pieni kylä aavikolla. Ruoka oli maittavaa ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Erityisesti siivoojat tehokkaita.
Ret slidt hotel. Værelserne var rene men slidte. Morgenmaden var fin, resten af måltiderne var ret kedelige, selv om der var meget at vælge mellem.
Mycket trevlig personal! Allt i ett som man vill ha det. Bra mat och bar.

martial.friendsApr 23, 2022 Hôtel que nous connaissons pour y être allé il y a 4 ans. Il est simple et conforme à nos attentes. Petite structure familiale. Merci à Alejandro qui parle français de nous avoir bien conseillé. Ravis d'avoir croisé quelqu'un qui parle notre langue peu répandue sur l'île. Plus d'animation c'est dommage mais pandémie oblige. Buffet répétitif mais on le savait et nous allions aussi à l'extérieur. Difficile de retrouver la gastronomie française de toute façon et nous n'allons pas en vacances que pour cela.
