Very low budget hotel

Very low budget hotel, first of all they didn't have room service at all, which means even a small tooth brush have to be picked up from reception. Early check in is chargeable, no tea/coffee maker, not even kettle. They will ask you come downstairs with water which can be heated in a microwave

The hotel was good and comfortable. They can do better with the spread in the breakfast though. It’s a hotel with all basic necessities and comforts.

Cute little business types hotel, good for a night or two if u want to stay close to airport. Close to metro and other eateries etc
Located close to airport with very basic facilities. Though a airport hotel they don’t provide airport transfer. You have to hire taxi hence no advantage of staying in this hotel.

Stay was excellent, staff was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast very good. Located very near to the airport and the hotel also provides free transport for pick and drop to the airport.

Location in excellent and the staff was really helpful, prompt and polite. But as always the bus service to the Airport was an issue. Most of the people waiting the bus stayed in line but some people as usual broke the line and as usual too staff does nothing to avoid it. Since we cannot book the a seat in the bus in advance at least it should be ensured that the waiting line is respected. It's very uncomfortable that there were no plug points next to the bed in both sides. I had to charge the phone in a plug point quite far from the bed and I had to put it on the floor. Also, the bathroom was freezing.

Good stay near airport

It's a good place today stay if you want to be around airport. Hotel is next to superstore, dona id's and other caves etc so quite convenient. It provides airport shuttle which is very helpful. Kitchen is small but quite sufficient. Overall I would recommend this place and come back if in Madrid.

Quite far from the main city. Have decent restaurants near by. Very close to airport. They also have free airport drop. Have stayed for just a night, as Madrid was the transit city. Close to metro station and bus stops. Rooms are clean and decent.
