maria.partnerDec 01, 2024 We booked a superior room with city view and got a small room with the only window leading to an inner shaft. The nearby church bells rang every 15 minutes, and we could hear people's loud voices outside. Overall, I would not repeat this experience, nor would I recommend it. The front desk clerk feigned ignorance and said I should take it up with Expedia. This was the negative part of an otherwise wonderful trip to Valladolid.
Visit to wonderful Valladolid
The hotel has an excellent location right next to the main square in the city. We were greeted by Roberto at receptionwho was wonderful. As well as making our check-in smooth and effort-less he was a great source of information about the city. We often start our trips to a new city with a walking tour. Roberto talked us through all the important sights and gave us tips for restaurants and coffee shops. He was super.
Centrally located hotel with a long and interesting history and many original features. Our family room was very spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Highly recommended.
We enjoyed Valladolid. The hotel is near La plaza mayor , but the parking is bellow the plaza. The town is all walkable, clean & nice to enjoy for a few days. We stayed for 2 days .
Great staff, perfectly located for the centres bars, restaurants and shopping. Great City, hidden gem!

Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable beds, and helpful staff. Central location is close to all down-town attractions.

Super convenient location，next to Plaza Mayor yet quiet at night. the lady in reception desk was very friendly，not only gaving us 2 days free parking，also led us to parking place herself. will definitely recommend this place.

travis.familyDec 11, 2022 Bed was horrible, very small and absolutely nothing like the photos posted on this site. I booked a room with two twin beds and was given a room with one very small double bed. Only one staff member spoke English well enough to communicate and she was only there during check in. She was really lovely. Parking right next door in underground garage and prime location next to plaza. The room was so small and not what the photos showed !!! We actually left a day early to a different hotel with better beds

The room was clean and comfortable. Roberto, the assistant hotel manager was most helpful find us places to eat and things to do in Valladolid. The location was unbeatable just off thePlaza Major.
This was my second time staying at the property. Everything went well and now I know that what I thought was too much cologne on the front desk staff is actually the room deodorizer! Please switch to something less intense. Muchas gracias!
I requested a queen bed as offered but did not receive it. The comfort room does not match the picture online. There is only a shower no bath tub. The room I was given looks exactly as the single room and not the comfort room. The air conditioning does not stay cold. At night it accumulates heat, open the "patio" door to let cool air in.
