Our stay was very comfortable. There was a small hiccup while checking in (as a family we wanted the rooms on the same floor. The rooms were spacious and clean. We absolutely enjoyed the swimming pool. The food in the indian restaurant was delicious.

Hotel did not get any confirmation from make my trip, i had to pay them from my end for which i have already paid to make my trip. Had a telephonic conversatiom with your team, but no action has been taken yet. Your customer is travel-ling outside india and if this type of problem he will face, will he really book from your portal in future ? i hope issue will be resolved at the earliest thanks

This hotel is one of the best hotel the city of colombo located in the heart of city. Their local village restaurant is very good. The staff is very helpful and courteous. They brought me cake on my birthday check and check what was very smooth and buffet had lot of variety and food tested.

Hi i stay 6 days in cinnamon grand 3days in 4th floor and 3days in executive floor i really enjoy th stay food is very good staff are very friendly location also very goood bar pub good only one night club very bad

I think this is my 2nd or 3rd stay in this property. I love the food, the ambience and the room. The room is well maintained and huge. The breakfast has a huge spread with live kitchen for south indian dishes and eggs. The lobby is the best in this hotel. It's huge and you can even have your meetings out here in the lobby. They have an indian restaurant named chutney' which serves delicious south indian food. I have tried the 'cheers bar' and its pocket friendly and with great ambience. Overall score = 9/10

It was a good experience. Front desk staffs can be more friendly. While boarding, we have to stand. Hotel location is very good. Food is very nice. Briyani from chutney restaurant was fantastic. Rest room was very small but nice.

Not that great hotel i paid inr 12000- not worth it for that amount. But food is good. Ambience is good but room size is small.

The hotel is very clean and neat. As soon as we enter we can smell cinnamon everyone. It's a novel idea to do this and a pleasant surprise for the guests. Guests need not leave the hotel as there are many food outlets in the hotel itself. One has a huge choice of food. Breakfast is awesome. They have indian, continental and ceylonese breakfast so one gets to choose from a variety of items. Cleanliness is not only restricted to public areas but also the rooms. Overall very enjoyable stay.

Very smooth check in and check out. Staff was quick and efficient and extremely responsive, only problem was room was a bit far and one has to go through the long atrium where there was a noisy wedding. Breakfast was super with a massive spread pool also very large and convenient
