It was a good stay however the reception people were slow to listen to request- i asked for a room freshner twice yet they didn’t send it to the room (also asked housekeeping staff) they were very slow on responding to the requests

I loved staying here. We got double upgraded and the facilities were top notch. Pool is very nice, so was the breakfast spread. Complete value for money for a hotel in city centre of colombo

Location of the Hotel is amazing close to lotus tower galle face gangaram temple all major places rechable easily also property is very good 👍 thier breakfast is also amazing with a lovely view on all sides

Cinnamon lakeside is a wonderful hotel which is by the lake and with a beautiful view of the lake and the lotus tower. The staff are welcoming and the food is very good. The rooms are very nice and overall it’s a beautiful place to stay.

We had an amazing time staying at cinnamon lake side, very friendly staffs. Initially we were offered city side room wherein we had booked lake side, after telling they immediately changed us to lake side room without any issues. The breakfast is a must try with loads of varieties
