It was a pleasant stay at the hotel, the view from the room was fantastic, the staff were polite and very welcoming and the breakfast was amazing with so many varities.

Very good hotel best experience and location breakfast is good best infinity swimming pool. You get all travel guide and transport here

Not worth the money

The location of the hotel is hard to reach. Food is below avg. Hospitality also not good. They charge high prices for the food. I don’t understand how it is a 4star hotel

Average hotel with less options for vegetarian people. Location is good but rooms can be more clean.

Good Stay

Our stay in Kandy was nice. This hotel is up on the hill which is why has a great view. Hotel staff can be more courteous and supportive. We had requested for a different room with a view of a pool and mountains and answer was straight no. Apart from that the service was nice.
