Manager and receptionist were very rude and arrogant.At one point they said make my trip and expedia are not even travel companies so we can not provide accomodation for your driver.Manager left in between conversation and receptionist kept on talking to other guests.our room was delux with ocean view on 2 nd floor with no elevator facility and they said all rooms are booked.AC in room was not working with hardly space of one person in washroom with foul smell.I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

A good hotel best service. Breakfast also no-hgt we have take late ch k in option. While check in there is no any issue. Location also superb

Poor service and food

We checked in late, and even then the room was not kept ready. The ac wasn't working despite repeated complaints we got shifted to a new room after one hour. The hygiene was questionable and food was below average for the price.

Breakfast is served only till 9:30 and by the time almost everything is over if they have guest for example 10 they prepare breakfast for 5 only.

The hotel was just a 20min drive from the airport. The staff was friendly and I enjoyed my stay at the Amagi Lagoon Resort. The food was not so great, just because I am a vegetarian. On the whole, the experience was good and I would recommend people who have a short visit for a good time.

Great hotel with very beautiful rooms

We stayed at the hotel after arrival from the international airport and it only takes about 15 min with a taxi. The staff was very friendly, food and drinks awesome. The rooms are just beautiful and very clean - we highly recommend staying there if you're in the area!

The Hotel is very beautiful and almost all basically required facilities are provided in the room. It is very close to the airport and worth staying there, so save time and money. Staff attitude is very polite and full of service. Room are decently bigger and maintained very nicely.

Location of the property is good but the services of staff except for 1 or 2 is very bad. Management should appoint more experienced staff, should include few fresh sea food items in restaurant menu.

Location hard to find but property well situated in front of a vast lagoon. Hotel needs some refurbishments and freshening up. Staff are very kindful! Breakfast is generally not included in your room rate and a la carte breakfast will cost you high.

Good location for airport. Staff helpful with any questions and helped me book treatments nearby. Food was good with friendly restaurant staff. Downside is located just off main road so unable to walk out to shops etc but 5 minutes tuk tuk ride can be arranged.
