    Warmth and comfort in the chilly hills of nuwara eliya

    During our recent stay at the hotel, we were thoroughly impressed by the overall quality of service. Room was immaculate and well maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The weather was pleasant and the views were great. The service from the staff was the main highlight. The staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met properly. The food was also excellent and curated on demand. Despite we having to leave early, the staff made sure to pack breakfast for us. Special mention to razak and the team. One word of caution is that the last few kilometres of road to the hotel is narrow so it is better to call the staff beforehand and also try reach early.

    Hotel is good but google maps showing wrong way of 23 kilometres. New people confusing to get property and go far 23 kilometers. Very bad maps

    Very nice hotel with good food and great staff and the location was bit outside but the view from the hotel is great
