Fantastic hotel with perfect location and good service. The room size is decent and keeps you warm in winter. Tavern restaurant has a good menu. Best hotel to stay if interlaken is your base in switzerland.

Best stay in Interlaken

As the Interlaken bus stop and main station Interlaken OST was too close, and harder kulm cable car is just 1 min walking distance. View from the hotel was just too beautiful. Gave free travel card, and as we are vegetarian and breakfast was included on our booking. We had a lot of variety to eat so we were very happy with the breakfast to start a day. Good luck guys.

Already covered above. Certainly a very nice place to stay. No noise, well lit and air conditioned room. Excellent hotel, very courteous and efficient check in, clean as a Swiss hotel should be, enjoyed the view next to a Japanese garden and good location about five min walk to the Interlaken OST.
A travel as you please bus ticket for full duration of stay was a nice convenience

Super hotel. Nice service. 14th floor room view of Interlaken. Highest tower in Interlaken. Centre of town. Had an issue with tax refund from metropol gallery shop besides hotel. Global blue paper did not work in Paris airport

Highly overpriced, not worth at all. We just went by the ratings on make my trip for this hotel but we did not have a good experience about this hotel in particular, the buffet breakfast was too bad. Non friendly staff, moreover it feels like you are in a DND zone.
