I booked because it was novotel and was very disappointed, hotel is undergoing renovation so lot of sound and the worst part was room carpets were smelling.

Hotel staff at novotel zurich airport said we do not recognize any booking made through make my trip, we fought for 1 and half hour. We could not get through any of your numbers to resolve and confirm them will never again make any booking through you guys ever again and will make sure to spread this word around.

Stayed overnight in a superior room. Firstly, the hotel is under renovation/construction and no information was given to us about that. Gym was not working, one lift was converted into transportation lift, 6th floor where ironing board is kept was completely under repair. Overall dusty feeling. The toilet supplies were empty. Quite a run down hotel with no amenities. The staff does not show any extra care for members especially when they are not able to offer a proper product. I would never stay here again. Not a good thing for novotel brand.

Kid cause damages and for that we paid what they asked and then also they did racial discrimination with us. Service was bad and even room phone was also not working. Old hotel which looks like 2 star hotel.

Unbearable nightmare: worst hotel stay ever

The hotel was supposed to provide the refilled water bottles in the room. However, when we came back at night, we were told that the staff forgot to keep the water bottle in the room & hence we were asked to collect it from the reception. Also, when we asked for towel, they said it was not available at the time of cleaning the room, hence, we can collect it from the reception. For some cutlery, also we were asked to collect it from the bar. There’s no room service available. My wife & i felt intimated with the behavior of the staff & in fact felt unsafe. We are never gonna recommend this hotel ever. If team wants additional details, me carrying cutlery from the bar to the room myself. This whole incident happened at around 10:45 pm on 10th june.

Excellent location. Right next to the tram station - very easily accessible from the airport or zurich main station. However the rooms are very small and the whole hotel is undergoing renovation- so some drilling noise etc during the day. All the lifts are boarded up from inside - so gives the feeling of a construction site. Staff is pleasant. Also while they did not have a travel adapter, they have a charging tower with locker that you can leave your phone behind in.

Good location, tram station is just outside the hotel. With tram line 10 that goes to the airport and city centre. Rooms were comfortable. There was no room service.

Hotel under renovation half the things don’t work in the room. Staff also not supportive. Location is well connected. Parking is a rip off
