The room was just perfect! it had all the amenities we wanted. The room was absolutely clean and the staff was very polite and friendly. The stay was very near to the airport and all the places were easily accessible because of trams and train stations nearby.

Good hotel near public transport helpful staff. Hotel has free wifi & a italian restro connected in the property but not a full service hotel but more like serviced apartment hotel

I had a great stay in the studio suite room. The kitchenette was well-equipped with everything needed for a convenient stay, which was a big plus. The bed was a bit small for two people, but overall, the room was comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with essentials like a dryer, shampoo, and conditioner. The location is fantastic—Migros is nearby for quick grocery runs, and the tram station is just a minute away, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was super friendly and made the experience even better. I really enjoyed my stay!

our stay at radisson hotel & suites zurich in zurich and greater zurich area was fantastic! anand was great help at the reception desk along with his lady manager! we wish the team good luck. we had wonderful time at the hotel :)

It’s all because you guys i waited there at hotel for 3hrs just because you guys haven’t send a confirmation or reservation mail to them in my name. And that created a mess over there

We stayed at radisson hotels & suites which is near the zurich airport, it was very convenient for check-in and check-out. The food was quite good, and the staff were accommodating and understanding. The location made our travels seamless, and the overall experience was hassle-free. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a restful stopover before our next journey.

Checkin process improvement

Location is great as the train station is near by. However, since the checkin process is completely digital sometimes it doesnt work and the receptionist is needed to assist. This should be reviewed

You can definitely improve your wifi system & provide telephone in room.

1) a very pathetic system of not giving any telephone in the room, so every-time you need anything or ask for something you have to go all the way down to the reception. 2) they smartly tried to charge me 220 chf for 1 night where incase i had already paid the full amount, then they said oh sorry there was some error in the system. 3) a terrible wifi servers in the hotel & they don’t have any password for a particular room, they have hundreds of different codes and when you go all the way down to ask for the code they’ll say sorry sir even we don’t know which code is active currently so try your luck and try various codes available. Very weird.

Bad experience with radisson zurich

Terrible stay. Ac did not work. No water provided in the room to drink when asked the same thing they mentioned we do not provide water in the hotel, refrigerator did not work. There is no phone in the room to call the reception every-time we need to get down and talk to them. Rude staff and no response from the reception desk. Room is too hot and full of bad smell completely. Bad experience and do not prefer this hotel

1. Reception staff is downright racist, if you come with brown skin you most probably will be looked down and hardly helped and feel welcomed by them
2. Cleaning is worst part, i stayed for 3 days no one cared to clean my room for last 2 days
3. Rooms does not have telephones, so if you need anything from reception housekeeping you need to go on ground floor and then stand in line to make a small request to rude staff
overall - avoid at all cost, as an indian i associate radisson by comfort but here it will serve a plate of rudeness

Great location near the tram station, big grocery store, better room, just one thing is negative that they only allows duplex room occupants to use kitchen but not to others (ignorable) other things excellent

Good stay near zurich airport

We stayed at this hotel as our arrival was after 8. 00pm. Its a good accommodation near airport but had bare needed facilities. Gattpark tram station is nearby do are the markets. So overall a good experience
