    The location was horrible and there was not basic amenities was available in the accommodation. The staff was quid roude. I don't know how company like make my trip suggest property like this

    Why you are not giving code no when we checked in hotel we have to wait at-least 3 hrs nobody was there to check voucher what service you provide

    Bad checkin experience due to mm t failure to provide key code. Calling mm t for assistance was futile. I was bounced from one agent to another and finally no solution. Wasted money on calling mm t and hotel helpline. Had to wait outside hotel at 10 pm in freezing cold.
