Exceptional experience at citrus 11! i recently spent 4 nights at citrus 11 and had an outstanding stay. From the moment i arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. The room was immaculate, spacious, and comfortable, with stunning views of so 11. The amenities were top-notch, including a fantastic breakfast spread, a well-equipped gym, and a relaxing spa. The location was perfect, within walking distance to terminal 21 mall. What truly made my stay stand out was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, providing personalized recommendations and assistance. Highlights: - immaculate rooms - delicious breakfast - friendly and attentive staff - great location - excellent amenities i highly recommend citrus 11 to anyone seeking a comfortable, memorable, and stress-free stay. Stay at citrus Citrus Sukhumvit 11 by Compass Hospitality was good. Very comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and everyday change os lenins and towels. Very hygienic too. They have a very good spa and massage center on the top floor and its not to pricey. Cordial staffs. The restaurant in ground floor has good choices of spreads for all nationals. And it’s close to all the nearby leisure places, for shopping and supermarkets alike. There are plenty of restaurants too all closeby at walking distance. Getting a tuk-tuk or a cab is easy from citrus Citrus Sukhumvit 11 by Compass Hospitality. They even have an atm at the Citrus Sukhumvit 11 by Compass Hospitality. Very convenient. Overall the stay here is good.

Citrus 11 in bangkok was nice! the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing - lots of different things to choose from, all tasty. The room was clean and comfy, like a cozy little nest. One thing to know: no fancy views from the rooms. Just another building right outside the window. And it's in a busy part of town, so it can get noisy at night. But if you don't mind that, and you want a good place to stay with friendly people and yummy food, citrus 11 is worth checking out! 4 out of 5 stars! good for people who like friendly service and good food, not so good for view lovers or light sleepers.

The Citrus Sukhumvit 11 by Compass Hospitality's biggest advantage is the location - close to the clubs, restaurants and entertainment zones in sukhumvit but tucked away in a quiet lane to ensure quality rest. Also close to nana station for easy commute and cabs also easily available. It is a no frills Citrus Sukhumvit 11 by Compass Hospitality but staff is happy to help. We were provided extra amenities like dental kits and room slippers on request. Early check-in in came at a cost but we checked in almost 7 hours earlier so worth the money. Cleaning etc professional. Overall a good functional stay.

The Citrus Sukhumvit 11 by Compass Hospitality is more business type but in the heart of the city. It’s compact but good for two people. The metro is around 10 minutes walk and moving around the city with some walking in between is easy. It’s a compact space. For the price it is value due to it being in the city. The issue i faced was with the mini bar which wasn’t cooling, though a complaint was raised they did not fix or replace it. Though i did not use their dining space it looked small and wasn’t expecting much anyway.

Location: good food: (1 ) breakfast must include fresh juice, indian style egg omlet, oats, fresh coconut water, (2) complimentary dinner must also be provided (3) evg tea coffee be served in room on demand basis (4) local sim be provided in Citrus Sukhumvit 11 by Compass Hospitality at reasonable price (5) hourly local conveyance like tuk tuk be arranged till nearest sky train station. (6) local map of tourist place, skytrain station be provided and explained to new travellers to optimise their travel time

My experience in belle express was really awful staff behavior was very poor they were treating us like we are staying free our their this was my fourth stay but last i will never go their again rooms were ok but they were serving tea in plastic glass this was really awful location is good but poor service staff behavior was very bad no brush no handwash no shaving kit was provided in deluxe rooms no extra teabags were given only two sugar two teabags were provided it was really bad experience

This Citrus Sukhumvit 11 by Compass Hospitality is situated at sukhumvit so 11 which is one of the happening and lively areas of bangkok. The hospitality of the Citrus Sukhumvit 11 by Compass Hospitality staff is nice. There's an in house restaurant providing breakfast and lunch. And vending machines too. There are many indian restaurants nearby. And a few night clubs for partygoers. A travel desk that arranges sightseeing by cab at affordable prices. What else do you need ?

The experience was very good and pleasant. The staff including every one right from the receptionist to the gate keeper were very helpful and supportive. The amenities provided in the room were also very good. The location was great. It was altogether a satisfying experience. Rooms are good, cosy. The location is good as well. Many indian restaurants nearby. Rooms are cleaned and toiletries are refilled daily. They also provide bathrobes. The Citrus Sukhumvit 11 by Compass Hospitality doesn't have a 24 hour restaurant, but since the nearby restaurants are open till 3 am - 4 am, it's not an issue. Can definitely consider this. You will find many indians staying at the Citrus Sukhumvit 11 by Compass Hospitality.

The Citrus Sukhumvit 11 by Compass Hospitality rooms are very clean and comfortable. Good staff and quick response. Even though the outside street is very congested inside the Citrus Sukhumvit 11 by Compass Hospitality it is very neat and spacious. Breakfast also good and hygienic. One request is that since there are many indian and arabian customers, they could have added some indian food. After all a very good stay. Highly recommended

Just completed 2 nights stay at citrus Citrus Sukhumvit 11 by Compass Hospitality. Overall got a good and pleasant stay at the Citrus Sukhumvit 11 by Compass Hospitality. It might one of the best money for value stay. Breakfast is very good with many variety. Gym facility is also very comfortable to use. It's good a terrace on the top floor with good city view. Free tuk tuk to nearest buts is provided but strictly on timing basis.

The property is Well managed and maintained. Located in the heart of Bangkok, Sukhumvit. The staff is very polite and courteous. I was getting some noise from outside and the staff named Dyna got my room upgraded for the night even at 3 in the morning. Breakfast was great, neat and clean rooms, lobby. Overall a great stay 👍🏼

Very good hospitality and so good experience

Had an excellent stay in citrus sukhumvit 11. The Citrus Sukhumvit 11 by Compass Hospitality is located in the prime location with many shopping destinations nearby and lot of fooding options specially for indians. The staff was very good and we were very grateful that they accommodated us for early check-in. Room service was excellent too

Room was clean and neat. A little congested but well maintained. Bathroom was clean too. They have a wardrobe, kettle, coffee, tea makers in the room. There's wifi with good speed. Bathroom had toiletries and dryer.

They have never let me down. Simple, courteous, perfect and over all, a wonderful experience being here. This is my third stay here and would continue to come back. The location is perfect, couple of minutes walk from soi 11, so in-spite of having the best area next to you, you do not feel the strain. Rooms were clean and Citrus Sukhumvit 11 by Compass Hospitality is located in a good neighborhood. We went for songkran and it was a very lively area

Such a lovely Citrus Sukhumvit 11 by Compass Hospitality with a wonderful view and the staff were the best the Citrus Sukhumvit 11 by Compass Hospitality is literally close to everything (driving distance). It’s a very renowned property so we didn’t had any trouble finding it’s near by 7eleven and the breakfast was amazing at the property everything was so fresh and delicious loved it. ❤️

Found a property on mmt. Stay was good, we very easily get grab(cabs, and also public(metro) lines are near. Room was lilo small but clean room. And restaurant below had buffet breakfast which was good option. Travellers please use grab app for booking cabs. Not so expensive.

Location is good but in crowd area so, most of time it will have traffic issue, food was okay okay not good or bad, no amenities, service good
