Location is good. Property is good breakfast is good not provided early checkin as room was not vacent i request them to parcel the bf. They have just parcel 1 egg, 1 sandwitch, water bottle n 1 juice. We have requested alot for fruits. N after so much request they hove given 1 banana for each perso

Very helpful staff, terrible amenities. Ac didn't work. Very helpful staff, but terrible amenities. Ac didn't work because of clogged filters. Wi fi didn't work either. However staff was very helpful in booking cabs, etc. Rooms were clean enough.

Set in the heart of Town, Hotel was beautiful neat n clean. Very supportive staff. Good food. It's a good stay for family n couple.

While check in, check out, on breakfast floor. Drop by tuk tuk service till main road. All good. Room's amenities also good.

The location is perfect as per my needs. You have to walk a few hundred meters in Soi 12. Breakfast in the room is good to surprise as I don't see any 4 or 5-star hotels serve it at this price. Food options are limited and not served after 10.30 pm. Service is as per expectations. Overall good value for money. No complimentary late checkouts.

Bangkok stay at 12th Avenue

Hotel is good, staffs are good. Buffet breakfast has no varieties for vegetarians. Had a tough time as all the five days we had to eat only bread. We found a good Indian restaurant for lunch and dinner and we were saved. Overall the room and amenities are good. Good swimming pool and surroundings.

The room was spacious and clean and I was quite comfortable during my stay at 12th Avenue. The walk to the main road was longer than I had anticipated, but the hotel did have a shuttle service which I was thankful for. There are two complaints that I did have one being that some of the light switches in the room weren't working properly. The other issue I had was that the door to the shower didn't shut securely, which meant that the water would spill into the rest of the bathroom. The staff was kind and gracious however so no complaints there at all.

Truck driver recommended us a cab for Pattaya, the cab driver was so unprofessional and rude. I will never ever recommend this Hotel. Strict action should be taken against him.

Decent stay in Bangkok. The soi 12 is a narrow road so walking to and from the hotel is slightly difficult.
